Stress relief technique

I learned this little stress reliever many years ago, I’m not sure where but send gratitude for whomever taught it to me, I thought I would share with all of you.
Use this quick little technique to calm yourself, the more you use it when stressed and overwhelmed it will become faster for yourself to let go of the overwhelm and anxieties.
Gently press your fingers on your forehead above each eye. Pressing these energy points flood the frontal lobes of your brain with blood and energy. Hold these points until you feel the stress release.
