The focus is reacquainting you to your own heart mind. That heart core center that is you. You are always present in your life whether you recognize yourself in it or not. Awareness of this makes you present within yourself about yourself. Starting to redirect your life experience from the present moment and the present self; if done with the love that you are your life will take on its own divine direction from the authentic self and not the self made up of all your circumstances.
